has practiced as a mental health counselor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist for over 35 years. She is a licensed mental health professional, with Master’s Degrees in Clinical Social Work and Counselor Education. Maribeth is certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Instructor and Examiner by the ACHE (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners). She employs a variety of additional techniques, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, PSYCH-K® and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming) to empower her clients to achieve their highest potential! She is co-founder and a lead instructor of Hypnotherapy Institute of Maui (www.hiom.us).

Maribeth is a member of: National Association Of Social Workers Health Hypnosis Service; Who’s Who of American Women; American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) and American Society of Clicincal Hypnosis (ASCH).
