
Your CD is fabulous. Thank you so much for making it. I think it is one of the most unique and easy ways to lose weight, as well as gain some insight into what makes each of us who we are. The most important skill to achieve any goal is to align your beliefs with your actions. Most people are aware of their thoughts and feelings at a particular moment, but not of the underlying belief that gave rise to the thought or feeling. Most people are aware of the goal they would like to achieve, but not the underlying belief that drives them away from that goal. What got you to your current weight is a set of beliefs and behaviors. What will get you to your new ideal weight is a new set of beliefs and behaviors.
YOU HAVE A WEIGHT AND EATING BLUEPRINT
We all have a blueprint that decides how we eat, metabolize our food, and store energy in our bodies. It’s deeply ingrained in our subconscious and it determines your weight and health. It comes from our past programming—things we learned in childhood in three 3 primary ways: Verbal Conditioning - what we heard; Modeling - what we saw; and, Specific Incidents – what we experienced.

- How to identify and change your weight blueprint, forever
- How to use “spiritual laws” to create “real world” success
CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS
So what is your weight blueprint set for? Are you set for ease or struggle; slender or fat or “yo-yo”?
How do you know which way your blueprint is set?
One way is to look at your results!
Weight settings are like the temperature in a room. If the temperature is 72 degrees, chances are the thermostat is set for 72 degrees. If you’re heavy, your thermostat is set to keep the weight on. And unless you change it, your current blueprint will stay with you for the rest of your life.
The Weight Enlightenment Program will help you release old beliefs and patterns of behavior and create new ones. What is unique about this program is that it uses two approaches:
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming: There are several exercises that help you to identify and eliminate your old beliefs and behaviors. You can listen to this part of the program as many times as you feel the need, but at least once you should sit with pen and paper and do the exercises.
- Hypnosis: The last part of the program includes hypnotic suggestions that help you to create new beliefs and behaviors focused on creating a healthy slender body. Listen to this part of the program every day for at least 60 days.
